Totty's batting performance mirrored last weeks bowling. Only G.Fletcher managed any runs and that was with the help of the change bowler gifting 4 full tosses that Fletcher crashed to the boundry and almost double Totty's total in the process. The scorecard shows the amount of players who failed to get off the mark and they was little patients show by the batsmen as saints gave Broadway 13 overs that could have perhaps been milked for some runs to make a better defence possible for the bowlers. Broadway in fairness had a good attack but we must raise our game if we are to compete in this league. A mention for M.Ablett and S.Srirangam who showed more enterprise, or be it briefly than most of the batters that had gone before them.
