Frank Brockway was the hero of the hour with an unbeaten half century giving Totty the victory and the five points.
Failsworth batted first and where at one point 80 for the lose of just 1 wicket when first Srirangam made a break through which seem to get things rolling for Saint's which sparked a collapse. Fletcher, Brockway and Srirangam between them cut through FMCC batting with each of the bowlers taking a 3 for. The fielding was again good with only Yates dropping a difficult catch at slip and Smith putting down low at his feet while on the run. Moriarty jnr took the other wicket bowling well again. The big shock of the day, Rob 'the bolt' Holt wicketless!!!!!
Batting, and the usual good start by Totty openers setting a platform for Rowdy to com in, head the ball a couple of time before trying to run Shunts out and hitting a good 28 runs. With Totty on 80 for 4 , Brockway was joined by Fletcher at the crease. Brockway took the lead and after some quick singles began to attack the FMCC bowlers, hitting 6's and 4's to take John's home and him to his 50. One note he did run Fletcher out with 4 runs needed.............I'll let you off Frank! Well played boys.
