Following Todays rained off fixture between Tsjcc 2nds and Elton III we have been relegated to the NMCL Division 4, ELPM II beat Failsworth Macedonia II yesterday

Not an excuse i dnt play for totty never have just think it is wrong what certain clubs do!
well i think ELPM did this last year to keep their 2nds up. tsj would rather field a propper 2nd XI and face the consequences. ELPM beat TSJ both times this season so i guess you cant argue on that front. We have struggled with play availability and although Asif has been a great addition to the club we need to improve drastically it we are to return to Div III straight away. Danny and Gebb jr are showing some promise and hopefully will contiune to develop but we need players like Mike Ainscoe and Shunter to be avilable more often if we are to make a come back.
I am a player who plays for tsjcc and i want to remain annonymous on this post. We have gone down and we have no excuses for it, we were poor this season. We went down playing a genuine second team and for that we can hold our heads high. On the other hand ELPM fielded first teamers in their second team to stay up and to me that is as good as cheating. There are too many teams getting away with consistently ringering teams.

it's not "ringering" really because teams have to star 5 players, and the rest could be fringe players.
At least you might win a few more games eh?
coincidence then that the best 'fringe' players played that day?
I would say at least ELPM may win a few more games next year but lets face it, apart from 2 close games against us which they edged, is there any hope that they will be doing any more than turning up to make the numbers up again (until maybe the last game of course).....great fun!!!
maybe so, but at least they will be playin in a higher division.
You've just got a poor team to compete in that division and that showed by getting relegated, but hey look on the brightside at least you turned up to make the numbers up and complete the games.
go on then who were the ELPM ringers???
